HOW WAS BODHE BORN?
Bodhe was founded by a couple in New York, who got tired of being tired.
THE PROBLEM
We were exhausted. Physically and mentally. Between work, personal life, social life, trying to stay active, eat well, go to be on time, and all else that we believed we had to do, we got stuck. Low energy, poor sleep, aching joints, and lack of motivation was the norm. Talking to our friends, we found out that even the ones that seemed like they’ve got it all in place, had at least one of the common bothers: fatigue, stress, hard time focusing, remembering, low sex drive, mood issues, and physical joints or other musculoskeletal discomfort.
LOOKING FOR THE SOLUTION
Being used to solving problems, we dug into the science of how our bodies work. We discovered that adaptogens and specific nutrient blends could play a crucial role in supporting energy levels, mental clarity, and physical resilience, but be hard to adapt in our everyday diet. Throughout the process, we also got our hands on the latest longevity studies and how we can support the basic mechanics of our health from the DNA level on. With the help of nutrition and biochemical professionals, and furthering our own studies, we began developing formulations that could address these gaps.
IMPLEMENTING IT
We saw results. We felt more energized, more positive, with stronger bodies and a clearer mind. Seeing the difference it made in our own lives, we knew we were ready to bring Bodhe to others, to help them find that same sense of balance and vitality.
And that’s how an idea came to a reality, and Bodhe was created.
THE NAME & THE LOGO
Inspired by the concept of “Bodhi,” meaning awakening in Sanskrit, and an active body mode, we combined in one word our vision: recognize the problems, understand their causes, and implement real solutions to improve well-being.
And for the logo, we are super thankful to an important partner in crime, who created the symbolic sunrise stages from the far line of the horizon.

Supreme is our special blend, that is created for anyone who feels they can use some help bringing their inner balance towards a more stable equilibrium.
